“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“The motel was fantastic, and I was surprised to find the jacuzzi in my room was in fine working condition! This was a bonus, because I had spent most of my stay walking around Montreal, which was accessible via a short bus ride to the metro to go downtown. The only downside is how audibly I could hear some of my immediate neighbors, but it wasn't an issue due to how comfortably I slept while staying here!”

“It was okay. They kept a room clean, but the building itself is old so it felt very outdated. Bathroom lighting was kind dark. Room smells kind funny. Breakfast was okay also. Very basic stuff.”

“Place was clean and the room was nice. I thought I had upgraded the room when I reserved but they said I didn’t. They then put me in a 75 degree room with no A/C. I complained and they said just give it time, but it never got below 75. The next day they switched me to the room that I had originally reserved. Other than the A/C problem and the room misunderstanding, the place was nice and the staff were helpful.”

“Love this hotel. Well run and maintained. The staff is really terrific from the reception desk to the shuttle bus operator, the maids, and the restaurant staff. Of special note is Rachel at reception. She was terrific. I have booked this hotel twice so far and definitely plan on coming back. The food at breakfast is really good and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. I like that it has a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance.”
