Housed in an old building and recently renovated, this gite adjoining a year-round dwelling will seduce you with its modern decoration combined with the charm of wood and stone. It is composed on the ground floor of a living room with dining area, lounge area with flat screen TV and WIFI, equipped kitchen area (4 gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (Italian shower), a separate toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom (1 double bed), a relaxation area with BZ sofa (possibility of an extra bed for one person) on the landing served by a passageway. Outside, a parking space is reserved for you and a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers opens onto a private enclosed garden of around 350m². For your comfort, everything is included: charges are included in the price (cleaning, water, electricity, gas, heating out of season) sheets, towels and household linen are provided.
