Villa 10/12 p. SWIMMING POOL, SPA & SAUNA 2 kms from beach, marshes, forests

A modern, fully equipped villa set on a spacious, private, landscaped plot of 1,400 m² in a quiet location, just 2 km from the beach.

Our villa has recently been upgraded to include a heated swimming pool (with enclosure and heat pump), an extra bedroom, an additional shower room, an extra living area (lounge), and a mezzanine.

It sleeps 12 people across 5 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms (3 adult bedrooms sleeping 6; 1 children's room with bunk beds sleeping 4; plus a mezzanine with a sofa bed sleeping 2). There is also space for one baby (folding cot and high chair provided).

Whether you are a couple or a larger group—family or friends—you will appreciate the peace and relaxation our villa offers, thanks to its setting and amenities.

The property is completely private, screened by walls, wood cladding, and hedges. Children, grandparents, and pets will all be safe here. The villa also features an electric gate with a keypad entry system.

You will have access to all necessary equipment: barbecue (please bring your own charcoal), *pierrade* (stone grill) and raclette machines, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, standard coffee maker plus a Philips L'Or capsule machine, blender, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and more. A folding baby cot and high chair are also included.
Bed linen, bath towels, and washcloths are provided.
Beach towels are available as an optional extra (€3 each); please contact us if interested.

For your complete peace of mind, the beds will be made up before your arrival. All you have to do is unpack and make the most of your stay.

Come and watch the 2026 Football World Cup on a giant screen! You will enjoy a heated swimming pool (accessible from May to October), as well as a private spa (heated to 37°C) and sauna (accessible year-round for ultimate relaxation). An outdoor shower completes the amenities.

To stay in shape, an elliptical trainer is available for your use.

You can also enjoy great games of pétanque on our court (boules provided for both adults and children, plus a Mölkky set) and try your hand at *palets* (a traditional disc-tossing game) if you aren't already familiar with it.

Weekly rentals (minimum) run from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season and school holidays.
Weekend rentals (Friday late afternoon to Sunday morning—2 nights) are available from October to June, outside of school holiday periods.
Generally speaking, please contact us in advance for any reservation of fewer than 7 nights.

Regarding your departure (by 9:00 AM at the latest), we offer an optional cleaning service for €180. If you prefer not to choose this option and handle the cleaning yourself, please leave the villa as clean as you found it upon arrival; otherwise, a penalty fee will be applied.

Take advantage of the village's pedestrian street, with its colorful weekly market and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
