Located on the banks of the Gironde estuary, it offers all modern comforts, including a spa, fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms with walk-in showers, two spacious bedrooms, a swimming pool for summer, a pétanque court, an outdoor bar with barbecue and griddle, a pool table, and a wood-burning stove for winter. The ideal place to recharge with friends or family. Located on the coastal path, ideal for walks and discovering the châteaux and wines of the Médoc region nearby. The accommodation: Accommodation with a large living room, two large bedrooms, and two bathrooms equipped with showers and sinks. One large bedroom with a view of the estuary. One bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and a view of the swimming pool, pétanque court, and outdoor bar. 3-person jacuzzi. Guest access: You have access to the house, parking, swimming pool, outdoor bar, pétanque court, griddle, and barbecue; all of this is private. I live on-site in a studio next to the house and will, of course, respect your privacy. Other Remarks: The accommodations are located in the heart of nature, so some animals may visit you: rabbits, frogs, deer... You will also see yachts, cruise ships, and fishing boats passing on the estuary. A few minutes away, discover the typical ports of the Gironde estuary, with gourmet markets every evening. Also, 5 minutes away, a fish shop offers its catch of the day, and a mini-market and bar/tobacconist are 2 minutes away.
