âReception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they donât let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...
âThe room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfy and the shower relaxing. The tub jets were too laid to relax in but the shower made up for it! Staff was friendly and helpful and the parking lot was well lit and easy to get to. â
