Enjoy a capacity of 4 people + 1 baby, with independent access, terrace and garden, quiet in a small secret hamlet of black Périgord.

An open living space of 26 m², with fitted kitchen, living room with sofas, TV, board games area, and a dining room. A real space of conviviality, where the charm of the stones and the woodwork will invite you to relax.

Everyone will be able to enjoy a quiet space, thanks to the 3 bedrooms offered by the gîte (10 to 12 m²). A master bedroom with Queen bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each.

Bathroom with double basin, large mirror and walk-in pebble shower. The cottage offers in addition to a toilet in the bathroom, another separate toilet.

Take advantage of a large 25 m² terrace not overlooked, equipped with everything you need for a stay as it should be: table and chairs, sun loungers, gas barbecue, parasol.

A functional kitchen, with all the essential equipment: refrigerator with freezer space, 4-burner gas cooker, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, classic coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster. A large work surface allows you to prepare your meals, while conversing thanks to the opening onto the living space.

The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with a large wardrobe and individual bedside lamps. Cotton percale bed linen is provided and your beds will be prepared for your arrival. All you have to do is relax!

The living room offers two sofas to accommodate the whole family. A television, as well as a library and board games, will be there to entertain you.

You will have a space of 2,000 m² to take full advantage of the exteriors of your gite.Relax or have lunch in the shade of the plane trees, sit on the swing to listen to birdsong, sunbathe on your deckchair or play in the lawn... the choice is yours.

When you arrive, discover our pure linen and waffle cotton towels. You will be enveloped by a real cocoon of softness.

The cottage is an integral part of an authentic Périgourdine farmhouse, carefully restored. The old barn in which you will be welcomed is located on the first floor of the building, while offering accommodation on one level. Also enjoy all the comfort and charm of the house: geothermal underfloor heating, old tobacco and prune dryer, bread oven (being restored), access to our laundry area with washing machine and dryer , large outdoor parking at the entrance of the property.
