The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across four beautifully designed bedrooms:

- Queen bedroom with dedicated desk nook (ideal for remote work)
- Kids’ bunk room sleeping 4 – a true children’s paradise
- All luxury linens and towels are provided.

To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests and our lake community:
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties or events
- Maximum 10 guests, including infants – no unregistered overnight guests
- Maximum 4 vehicles; no parking on the private estate road
- Due to lake association rules, no outside boats, kayaks, paddle boards, or inflatables may be brought onto the property
