âWe had a great one night stay stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The service at breakfast and the front desk was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. My husband who has traveled a lot and stayed at five star hotels for work over the years thought the service was at a five star hotel level. We can highly recommend.â

âIt's beautiful but kind of like not noticing when you pull in, and the AC was very very inefficient, I asked for a fan and I guess it's ok but honestly you should look into fixing the AC to central air or something not the indoor stand-up ones like what's there. Other than that beautiful.â
âWent for a concert and a visit to Copperstown.
The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well.
Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away.
Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse.

âThe room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area ..â

âThis is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. âFirst off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!â

"VĂ€ldigt bra service av kvinnan som stod i receptionen.
Under vistelsen i USA bodde vi Àven pÄ flera dyrare hotel med mycket sÀmre service och samma nivÄ pÄ rum. Det hÀr hotellet hade allt vi behövde och vÀldigt trevlig personal samt rent och daglig stÀdning.
Det fanns gratis parkering, gym och frukost.
Man kan gÄ till centrum men vet faktiskt inte om jag skulle göra det pÄ kvÀllen/natten dÄ det var lite skumma mÀnniskor i nÀrheten. KÀnde mig dock sÀker hela tiden. à ker jag tillbaka skulle jag definitivt vÀlja detta istÀllet för det dubbelt sÄ dyra i centrum med dÄlig service.
