  • Pretty holiday home of 75 m², located just 250 meters from the beach in Sainte-Marie-la-Mer near Perpignan.

    With all the necessary comforts, it is ideal for making the most of stays with family or friends.

    It offers a privileged location: close to shops, restaurants and summer entertainment, while enjoying a quiet and pleasant environment.
    After the beach, enjoy your meals and summer evenings in the courtyard in a relaxed and family atmosphere.

    Entrance through a large garage facilitating storage and preparations for departures to the beach.
