En liten lyxbostad (byggd 2004) inbäddad i en helt sluten och vackert anlagd park - 28 000 kvm - (inklusive ett århundrade gammalt tallskog), med privat pool (endast bostadsanvändning). Du kommer att njuta av lugnet i denna unika och exklusiva bostad (en livskvalitet signerad MGM). "Le Domaine des Pins Bleus" är en elegant och förfinad bostad, designad längs linjerna i traditionella medelhavshus (färger valda för fasader, takpannor). Den består av två lyxbyggnader med 24 lägenheter vardera och 7 parhus. Bostaden är alla säker. Poolområdet gör att du kan ha en avkopplande tid och är helt anlagd. Det är helt säkrat och upp till de senaste europeiska standarderna när det gäller barnens säkerhet. Inomhus privat parkeringsplats (låst). Mycket tyst och fortfarande nära allt du behöver.

Beautiful accomodation in a lovely setting on the edge of Ste Maxime. Check in and departure was really easy and well organised, everything you need is at hand, the facilities were well maintained, accessible and not overly busy. We regularly walked into town or to the patisseries, and travelled easily to St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Frejus, Gorges du Verdon etc for day trips by boat/car. The weather was delightful too, we would love to come back someday :0)

Sommerurlaub

Wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine super nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung mit dem Vermieter und auch vor Ort. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen, auch auf der Terrasse. Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt und bietet Sicherheit durch einen Zaun. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge in der Umgebung.

Immaculate apartment in friendly resort

We had a great time staying in Sainte Maxime. It's a friendly resort with a relaxed atmosphere. There are great beaches and lots of places to eat. You can visit other towns by boat or catch the train from Frejus. Sandrine the key holder was very helpful and the owner kept in touch throughout the stay. The complex has a pool which was great for swimming and lots of shade with a pine wood.

Appartement fabuleux avec une vue extraordinaire sur la pinède.

Tout était parfait seul petit bémol le terrain de pétanque était malheureusement pas entretenu. La piscine est très agréable et très bien agencée et la mise à disposition des chaises longues est appréciable. La résidence est au calme proche de tous les commerces. Appartement que je recommande.

We hebben een heerlike tijd gehad in Ste Maxime. Fijn appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Uitzicht op zee was beperkt (tussen de pijnbomen door) maar de eekhoorntjes en de buurtkat maakten een hoop goed.Aanvullend: Het zwembad ligt aan de andere zijde van het complex, vie een pad met diverse treden. Niet echt geschikt als je slechter ter been bent. Kom je met twee auto's dan is er plek voor de tweede auto, bij het zwembad (dus ook een stukje lopen). De eerste auto kan heel fijn in de parkeergarage staan; dit vraagt (bij een SUV in ons geval) wel wat stuurmanskunst.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Familie Dubois. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zum Pool führt eine kleiner Weg runter. Zum Strand sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Am letzten Tag gab es private Probleme und da wurde sich sehr gut gekümmert. Service = 100 %. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Sainte Maxime, Familie Dubois und Sandrine!!!!

Perfect base for family near st tropez

We stayed at the apartment in May with our 2 sons (7 &12) for a week. We planned to use the apartment as a base to see all the neighboring towns near by and ended up eating in a few nights as well as the apartment has everything you need. We had a car but did walk down to the town area of Saint Maxime which takes about 20 minutes. The town is beautiful and has lots to offer. Sandrine is the host and is so welcoming and helpful should you need anything. The pool area is a great size and kept lovely and clean. Only minor down side is it is a short walk down the forest area and not right outside the apartment, & you need the key fob to get in the gate. Apart from that it’s the most perfect stay and would highly recommended for any families

Holiday August 2008

This is a great apartment set in private grounds on the hillside just above Ste Maxime. The apartment location is convenient with Ste Maxime town, beaches and a good supermarket all only a few minutes drive away. The property was clean and well maintained, and the free Internet access was useful for the family. The patio area was lovely for relaxing, and eating meals. Ste Maxime itself is a pretty town, with plenty of narrow streets to wander round and some lovely places to eat. Although the property is set in quiet surroundings on the edge of Ste Maxime, nearby there is plenty to do for the family. There are some excellent sandy beaches, such as La Nartelle, and the Aqualand water park. We tried ‘Arbres et Aventures’, a great high wire forest adventure course of rope bridges and swings, and the boat trip to St Tropez and Port Grimaud is a must. Further afield, I can recommend spending a day at Lac St Cassiene about an hours drive away, which is a beautiful inland freshwater lake where you can swim, and hire canoes and pedallos. Cannes and Nice are also worth a visit, although if driving avoid peak times as the coast road can be extremely busy. The owners were friendly and helpful, suggesting many places to visit. Can thoroughly recommend !

Schöne Ferien

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, gute Zimmeraufteilung mit toller Betreuung vor Ort. Einzige Überraschung war der sehr holprige und steile Weg zum sehr schönen Pool. Die Anlage ist sicher auch aufgrund vieler Regeln sehr ordentlich, ruhig und gepflegt.

Schöne Anlage mit schönem Appartement

Insgesamt war unser Urlaub sehr schön. Leider war die Spülmaschine defekt, wonach aber umgehend geschaut wurde. Leider wurde das Appartement ohne unser Wissen und ohne unsere Anwesenheit betreten, was natürlich nicht sein darf.

La région est très agréable avec beaucoup de choses à voir et à visiter

La location est parfaite un appartement de très belle qualité avec tout le confort. 3 belles chambres avec une literie de qualité. Le logement est très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Dans un parc boisé et très calme la piscine et très propre avec peu de personne qui la fréquente. C’est vraiment une location à conseiller les yeux fermés

Komfortable Unterkunft in sehr schöner Lage

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen an der Cote d`Azur verbracht. Die Unterkunft in den "Pins bleus" war überaus komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders haben wir den Pool genossen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Möglichkeit der Unterbringung des PKW in einer sehr großzügigen Garage. Die Unterstützung durch Madame Boudin-Sellier vor Ort war sehr hilfreich. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal bei ihr und bei Herrn Dubois bedanken. Sollte es uns noch einmal an die Cote d`Azur ziehen, würden wir uns auf jeden Fall um diese Unterkunft bemühen. A place worth visiting

We had a relaxing and sunny two weeks holiday in st maxime on Jun/2014. Property – As advertised and mentioned by others the apartment is spacious and equipped with all the amenities one would need (except patio grill). No noise caused by neighbors or from outside area. Pool area is located appr 150m from the apartment and is also safeguarded as well as very clean and well maintained. If pool plays an important role for you daily activities you could check the maintenance breaks,beforehand e.g. during our two weeks stay the pool was closed for two consecutive days during the second week (not an issue for us as there are lot of other activities also to do ; ) What to do - visited in couple of rose vineyards, and nearby villages and towns of which Grimaud was maybe the most unforgettable. Excursions arranged by Bateuaxverts were also nice even though we were not fully able to understand the sightseeing announcement (only in French) but enjoyed the sunny weather and cruising on the sea. Also the roadside traffic bit surprised us (both A8 and coastal roads) and you just need to know when/where it is possible to drive without constant traffic jams.

Our two week summer holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at "Des Pins Bleus". We found the villa very clean through-out and all the things we needed were there. We found eating out quite expensive so we cooked and ate on the patio area which was lovely. The swimming pool was extremely well looked after and even at busier times a sun-lounger was always available. We felt very safe and secure at all times and as a key was needed to enter and exit the pool area felt it was a very safe place for children even though ours were older. The walk to the town centre was do-able but on a hot day a fair walk there and back, it was easier to walk down in the evening when it was cooler. The walk at the beginning of the holiday was ok but towards the end of the holiday got a bit tiring. The only thing that spoilt our holiday was the traffic, the coastal road was very busy and travelling by car anywhere meant sitting in queues that didn't seem to move very quickly. The traffic situation did put us off of travelling anywhere in the car. Overall a lovely area and a lovely villa and pool, but if we were to come back to this area we would not come back in peak holiday season.

The ideal holiday apartment for families

In June 2011 we spent 2 wonderful weeks with our children (11 to 18 years old) at the apartment and we strongly recommend it to other families with young children or with teenies. The apartment is well-maintained, clean and spacious and has all the facilities you need for a comfortable and relaxed holiday. The balcony faces a very nice and quiet pine-wood. We enjoyed the pool (extremely clean) and the short ride to the nice beach "La Nartelle" (max. 15 min. by car). To the centre of St. Maxime it is only a 20 minutes walk - you find there many shops, restaurants and cafés. St. Maxime is a good starting point for several trips, either along the coast (Nice, Cannes, St. Tropez) or to the lovely villages among the hills (Grimaud, La Garde-Freinet, Borme-les-Mimosas). By the way, to go to St. Tropez you can take the ferry-boat or you can go by bus, which is really a cheap alternative.

Great appartment, great owner.

We were in France in the beginning of March, temperature wise it is not the greatest but the hospitality on the Cote d'azur and the friendlyness of the people without the hordes of tourists is tremendous. The appartment is one of the nicest weve rented over the years, everything you could want is provided by the owner and his rep Sandrine was very friendly and efficient. If it wasnt for them our vacation would have been ordinary. The location is close to all the major supermarkets and big stores, the shore is within walking distance but quite a way.the closeness of St-Tropez, Cannes, Fréjus, Monaco, Nice and Menton is made easier by the train in Fréjus, you dont have to fight trafic all the time. The cleanliness and space of the appartment is what makes it stand out, you have three bedrooms, a whole family can stay here easily. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be in a complex peacefull and secure complex with all the amenities. If we come back to the Cote d'azur, this is the place were we will stay.

This was the absolute perfect holiday location. The beautiful tranquil setting and tastefully decorated apartment was everything the owner had described. The pool area was spotless and everyone was extremely friendly. Having two children we particularly liked the security around the apartments and pool - we felt extremely safe. We didn't find the town overly busy and the restaurants, plenty to choose from, very reasonably priced. Our children had an absolute ball, none of us wanted to come home, we would definitely go again.
