Sun shade and garden furniture – Outdoor parking n° 8. Pleasant apartment in a good location, close to all the shops in the downtown while being quiet in a small condominium. 10 steps to access the apartment. 1 small pet under 10 kg accepted.

TERMS
deposit returned within one month at the latest if the apartment is left in its original state (sanitary facilities, clean floors, kitchen and windows, defrosted fridge, mattress protector and bath mats washed,...).

We insist that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

Parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited.

End of stay cleaning is optional and will be validated with the agency according to our schedule, please consult us for the price.

We work with a laundry that can provide you with what you need, ask us for the laundry form.

For the period from October 31st to March 31st, water and electricity consumption is billed on an actual basis: €4/m3 and €0.2068/kWh off-peak hours, €0.27/kWh peak hours after meter reading on arrival and departure.
