In this age as well, they serve tea in a cheap plastic cup. Front desk is unwelcoming. Only thing that they talk is charges/money/ that will be extra charge and etc. Absolutely bad experience. Even at the checkout as well the only focus the staff had was on money. I believe money is something anyone will anyway...
