5-star appartment hotel!!!
We rented a 2-bedroom appartment with city view and are 100% happy with our choise of hotel! By the beach, nice and helpful staff and clean/fresh appartment! I recommend this hotel and will surely be back =)

Toppboende
Ett perfekt boende för semester med sol och bad direkt på stranden. Dock kan nattlivet i Santa Maria vara lite störande då granne till boendet var en beach club med hög musik långt in på natten.

Apartment in Santa Maria
Contrary to the information from Hotels.com, there was no daily room cleaning. The apartment was in good condition and is very centrally located. At night there is security watching the building.

Well l would like AC in all the rooms in the apartment. Some apartment only had AC in the living room. Therefore making sleeping at night very uncomfortable.

Prima accommodatie, volledig en smaakvol ingericht. Uitzicht op de oceaan en binnen 20.meter van het penthous stap je zo de azuurblauwe oceaan in. Erg prettige communicatie met de eigenaar Paolo Mastrotto.

Beautiful apartment with great location
The apartment was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great, right at the beach and short walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. We had a rooftop terrace which was lovely! The wifi was ok, but it only worked in the living room. We had some issues with running water and we went almost a day without it. We were also without electricity for about 8-9hours but this was a problem in the whole Santamaria area. The soundproofing was bad, we could hear everything from the street and surrounding apartments. The staff was mostly very polite and helpful but some came across as unfriendly. Overall we had a lovely stay here and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Sal.

Se reservó un tipo de habitación y nos dieron otra
Ya es la.segunda vez que ocurre en.estos apartamentos, reservas un tipo de apartamento y cuando llegas es otro distinto al que reservas y al.que comunicas antes de ir. Tiene muy buena ubicación pero prefiero no sentirme engañado con las reservas ya que contratas algo y al final no te solucionan sus errores. No creo que vuelva a estos apartamentos

Niet twijfelen, maar zeker gaan!!
Prachtige, complete appartementen direct aan het strand en centraal gelegen in Santa Maria omringt door heerlijke restaurants. Kies wel een appartement met zeezicht, achterkant is echt niet leuk. De bovenste appartementen hebben een extra dakterras. Kraanwater is niet drinkbaar! Water is schaars, daarom krijg je maar 1x in de 3 dagen 2 handdoeken p.p. en worden de bedden verschoont, wil je dit vaker, dan betaal je €10,- per set p.p. Zeewater is heerlijk om in te zwemmen, ook in de winter, maar dan zijn er veel hoge golven! Constante temperatuur zo rond 25 graden, wel goede zonnebrand nodig! Neem genoeg mee! Naast gelegen Sal Beach Club ideaal om wat te eten, kitesurfles en lenen van strandstoelen. Je betaalt alleen de borg van € 10,- per stoel p.d. In alle restaurants is freewifi. In het appartement wel wifi beschikbaar voor € 14,- p.w. (contant betalen). De nadruk ligt wel op de Italiaanse keuken en de verse vis aanvoer van die dag. Geef bij tonijn aan hoe je hem gebakken wilt, anders krijg je hem doorbakken. Neem zeker een kijkje op de pier als de vis aankomt. In de meeste supermarkten is heel weinig vers beleg te krijgen. Overal in Santa Maria zitten kleine supermarktjes. Mensen zijn heel vriendelijk, zeker niet opdringerig. De levensstandaard ligt bijna gelijk aan Nederland. Het enige minpuntje is dat de eigenaar geen engels spreekt, dat is wel lastig als er verder niemand aanwezig is.

Great location, clean and well maintained.
The unit is much better than the entryway, halls or staircase. The dead-end ocean views are wonderful. Our particular unit was sparsely furnished. This, combined with the lack of an elevator, probably makes the top floor units more appropriate for younger people. The newness and cleanliness, coupled with the location, make this a good choice in Santa Maria.

Le plus joli hotel de la plage
Surement le plus joli hôtel de santa maria, à l'opposé des grands complexes d’hôtel, un accueil, super de la part des gérants, qui ont même organisé un repas typique avec les tous les locataires (12 chambres).

OttiMa posizione, direttamente sulla spiaggia. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Stanze pulite e comfortevoli, provviste di tutto (aria condizionata, WiFi, bollitore, macchina del caffè). Appartamenti nuovi, spaziosi e curati nel design. Esperienza molto positiva!

Residence centralissimo e vicinissimo a spiaggia
Residence molto bello e accogliente. Più di camera d'albergo parlerei di piccoli appartamenti di circa 60/70 mq., ben ammobiliati. Appena esci dalla camera ti trovi al centro della cittadina e la spiaggia a meno di un minuto a piedi. Gestore e personale molto accogliente. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Wonderful experience. Wonderful memories.
We absolutely loved our stay here. 3 adults, 3 kids. Wanted sea view, but it was booked. So we took city view and then were unexpectedly upgraded after our 3rd day to the sea view apartment. Gorgeous view, couldn't have easier access to the beach/water sports/pier/town as there is a front and back entrance. Plenty of restaurants, shops, groceries, bars within a 10 minute radius. Airport pickup and drop offs all arranged at standard price. Some noise/music on Sat. night, but that is the trade-off for being so centrally located. The furnishings are all new, clean, and tastefully done. Only downside was bed mattresses- extremely firm, bordering on hard - could have been more comfortable. Most restaurants and cafes have wifi - which is what we resorted to after our Cabocom cards (20 Euros each) ran out on Day 2.

Notre voyage au Cap Vert a mal commencé Nous devions séjourner à Sao Vicente du 4 au 7 mars, puis à Sal du 8 au 12 mars Notre avion aller pour Sao Vicente a été supprimé ( TACV ou Cabo Verde Airlines ) , ce qui nous a contraint à nous limiter à l'île de Sal où nous sommes arrivés finalement en avance , le 5 au soir Du coup , il nous a fallu trouver en urgence de nouvelles disponibilités d'hébergement L'hôtelier de la villa Ao Mar s'est démené pour nous donner satisfaction Nous étions logés au rez de chaussée, avec un petit jardin privatif La localisation de l'immeuble est bonne, face à la plage et près des commerces Beaucoup de possibilités de restauration à proximité Ce qui est un peu regrettable, c'est qu'entre le jardin privatif et la plage, il y a une allée circulante où des voitures se garent en journée, ce qui nuit à l'intimité Par ailleurs, juste à côté, il y un club de kite-surf avec bar , dont l'activité est bruyante , en journée Malgré tout, très bon séjour Une Agence Immobilière , très disponible et à l'écoute Une hôtesse charmante ( Maïa)

Superb location with friendly staff.
Went with family for a different Christmas holiday. We where met by Walter and his wife who showed us the apartment, it was brand new and ship shape. Some smal issues that was fixed with a smile. We had the city view apartment but this is no problem regarding noise as it is a quiet part, and the bedrooms is at the part away from the "city". We will not have any problems with making the same choice again. Thank you Ariana, Walter and Nicola.
