Fabulous location, relaxing setting!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal with a great look of the Saladita surf break, couldn’t be closer to the beach. The pool was fantastic for our kids and adults too! The staff was friendly and attentive.

Hospedaje muy agradable.

Nos gusto mucho hospedarnos en esta casa frente a la playa. Doña Alicia y Don Alfonso fueron muy atentos con nosotros. Todo perfecto.

Alicia and Alfonso made our trip!

6 of us friends stayed at the Casita on the property and had an amazing time. I have to credit this to Alfonso and Alicia - they felt like family to us and made sure the place was well kept and were extremely accommodating. The listing was a little deceiving at first, seeing there's a larger house on the property that is listed separately, but we managed to gather more information from the host who was super helpful. We weren't under the impression that we'd have a communal/shared space with other VRBO guests at the pool, but luckily no one was staying in the upper house during our stay. We also were under the impression there would be 3 bedrooms to sleep 6, but one of the room was broken out with couch beds. The prices seem to have updated than what was originally communicated, but nothing out of the ordinary. Thank you to the host, Scott, for giving all of the recommendations and details leading up to our trip! Again, the housekeepers, Alfonso and Alicia, were very enjoyable to be around and made sure we were taken care of. We can't wait to come back with our families and hope to rent out both the back house and front house during our stay! The property itself is beautiful, with great location near the point/on the beach, and the pool is a big plus with how hot it was. A few issues with the plumbing near the kitchen sink, but Alfonso handled it quickly. All in all, I'd highly recommend this stay to my friends and family.

On the beach surf house

Owners are awesome and went above and beyond to help with anything needed. Fantastic location, with all the basics, for a surf vacation. No AC, but absolutely not needed and wouldn’t have been used if there was one. RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!
