This is not a five star property, but the historical buildings are nice. Many things are missing, in the room the room door is terribly bad with a big gap towards the floor, the corridor outside is by tiles and one will hear every guest/staff passing. Worst is the hotels baggage carrier and the housekeeping dito.
No shoe-horn, no toilet brush, no napkins, no free water except fist day, too few hangers in wardrobe and bathroom.
The bed is really narrow, but the worst part it’s only maximum 190 cm - so feet’s are outside of the bed (five star?).
Best thing was the breakfast and the staff there. Front desk partly uninterested.
Much improvement to par with a four star property and significant refurbishment to get the rooms fairly comfortable.
