“Petronio and his staff were absolutely wonderful! So kind, super accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very unique, and the view overlooking the town and across to the volcano was just stunning. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning in a little basket, and the staff booked us cabs when we were ready to go into town. Although with the breeze, the birdsong, the clouds, and the volcano, I could have stayed put for the entire trip!”

“Stayed in the family room on 2nd floor for a night. Room had a great view of the falls plus hotel is walking distance to downtown restaurants and the spa. Hearty breakfast in the morning. Karl was the perfect host. Highly recommended. ”

“Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!”
