Welcome to my cozy retreat for 6, nestled among the trees.



Here, time stands still. Nature takes center stage. The birds are waiting to greet you. Wild grasses sway freely. My home calls to you, putting your well-being first.



Frida Kahlo wishes to stay with you. I couldn’t refuse her.



Casa Frida is a soulful wooden house in the heart of Ardèche’s nature—a timeless escape to relax, reconnect, and slow down.



Everything here is based on trust. The house is filled with little treasures, left with care and kindness, in a spirit of authenticity and sharing.



Enjoy a natural, simple setting, a charming garden, and birdsong in the morning. Unwind in the spa/hot tub. The perfect atmosphere for rest, yoga, and letting go.



The house sleeps up to 6 guests and offers full comfort:

- 2 beds (140 cm) + 1 bed (160 cm)

- equipped kitchen

- laundry room

- walk-in closet

- bathroom with tub and shower



Optional on-site: bed linens and towels (except spa towels), available for an extra fee.



To help you fully disconnect, there is intentionally no Wi-Fi, TV, or microwave. Mobile network access depends on your provider.



The stilted terrace quickly becomes a favorite spot—for morning coffee, reading, naps, or relaxing in the spa.



The house sits on a wooded hillside:

- pedestrian access

- not wheelchair accessible

- extra care needed with young children



Salavas is a peaceful natural haven at the gateway to the Ardèche Gorges, quieter than Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, yet close to beaches, restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and picturesque villages.
