Please note: There are 2 sets of steep steps to access the garden, 1 set are fire escape metal steps.. This property is comfortably furnished and well equipped with a sunny garden terrace with rooftop views to East Portlemouth and the Estuary.

Please note: Children under 12 must be supervised at all times in the out door area, there are steep fire escape metal stairs which may be difficult with small children.
