Overall a nice, very clean, & comfortable place to stay. On the neg side, this is described as a place to stay in the lake—-which is true & false. Yes, we had access to the lake if we wanted to drive; but the actual house was backed up to the golf course. Our main reason for staying the weekend was going to the Clemson game (7:30ppm), so we thought maybe we will swim, sit-out on edge of lake during the morning until time to go to game. Of course, no time to do this due to location of house to the lake. Other problem at this property area is the app visitors have to download, with multiple texts, & email links to sign into this app as a guest. Property mgt was responsive up to a point but I was not contacted until a few days prior to our stay for our car info to get into this secure, but fairly complicated gate system. The property guard gates were very nice and worked with us to get in, since property mgr had contacted gate guard to let them know our dilemma. I finally got the app working, after working with the app, multiple codes sent, email security #s, etc off and on from 5pm until 11! (& I’m NOT new to working w apps & tech). Main point is that there needs to be a VERY VISIBLE notation warning new guests (at time of booking) that gate app should be closely looked at several days before arrival and, actually the codes needed should be sent maybe a day earlier than they are.
