“This is my second stay at the resort, given that it was at full Easter capacity it was excellent service. From check in to check out and all in between. Towels, food and bev, room cleanliness-all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel had plenty of activities to entertain the whole family from kids to adults, we were able to find space by the pools whichever we went to so they were very well prepared for a full house

From the amenities, to the food, to each and every employee that we crossed paths with. Everything about this resort was top notch! “Trevligt hotell och grymt fint rum (Deluxe extra) med utsikt över havet och balkong. JĂ€ttebra service frĂ„n grymt trevlig personal. Frukostservicen till rummet var kanon! Den middag vi Ă„t pĂ„ hotellet var dock inte nĂ„got extra, men det kĂ€nns som att det gĂ€ller för Jamaica generellt. "Just got back from this wonderful hotel. We spent 9 days here and we loved it. Yes there was a couple of things that took it down a bit for us but posetives definetly outweighed that. -the music by the pools were way to high all afternoons for us who wanted to relax. We took the pool furthest away from the music but it did not help unfortunately. -the pools were beutiful at first glance but when looking closer the tiles are starting to fall of at some places. +the food was really good in all restaurants. And the cafe made really good lattes, frappes and milkshakes. +we had a ocean wiew room without balcony and the wiew was amazing. We sat there watching the ocean and the cruiseships a lot. +the beach was beautiful +the check in process was nice and the personell helped us get our room as fast as possible since we arrived a bit early. +the service was really good everywhere and everyone was really helpful but We would like to point out our biggest stars among the staff."
