âStaff was lovely! Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom and bedroom quite clean. Also pleased with in room fridge and microwave size.
Room had small compromises like one of four lamps not working. Or light bulbs not matching. Towels minimal, but during a weekend when site was fully booked for event. â
âInitally we were very happy with the stay, great clean room even though the tv didn't start. Fresh bathroom. We stayed 3 nights and the last night there was a birthday party and people were shouting and running in the corridor all night. At 11 pm I went to reception and the guy there said that there had been a party and he asked if we could change room (!). It was our last night and my son was already in bed, we had all our stuff out. Of course we do not want to change room. At 1 am it was still...
âFriendly front desk staff. Airport transportation (on demand - call hotel) was fast and efficient. Clean quiet room. Very comfortable bed with crisp clean bed linens. Microwave and fridge and small coffee maker provided. Daily breakfast until 9:00am.

âWe stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor.
Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. â
âI stay here often and the staff is very friendly and accommodating every time. It would be nice to have updated rooms though. The decor is tired and old in many of the rooms I have stayed in but rooms are always clean. The Beekman products are really top notch. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and seated me where I could have my breakfast with my dog. I have stayed at other hotels in Ann Arbor and I still prefer to stay at the Kensington.â
âLoved the location, the seating areas all around the inside so that there was a great place to sit and visit with others outside of our room. We will most certainly be back for next parents' weekend, football games and graduation next year! Thank you for a great time...wish we would have found you sooner!â
