Living Area: Large L-shaped double sofa bed that can sleep two guests, 55-inch smart TV, blackout curtains, and stylish feature wall.
KITCHEN:
The modern, fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for both short and long stays, including an air fryer! The kitchen also contains a washing machine and a clothes drying rack.
PERFECT FOR GROUPS & LONGER STAYS:
With full amenities and plenty of space, this property is ideal for families, groups, and long-term guests.
SAFETY & SECURITY FEATURES:
For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with CCTV that faces the front and back of the house. We also have a noise decibel monitor to maintain a quiet and comfortable environment for all guests and neighbours, without recording specific sounds.
HOUSE RULES:
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe the following:
- No parties, smoking, or loud noise
- quiet hours after 9 pm to respect neighbours.
- No pets
- Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 10 am to allow for thorough cleaning.
