Perfectly positioned between central Manchester and Salford—both around a 30-minute walk away—this location is ideal for discovering everything the city has to offer. You’ll find cafés, restaurants, and shops just moments away, with central Manchester easily reached by car or tram for even more choice. With the canal and nearby parks close by, there are plenty of great spots for a peaceful evening stroll. A Tesco and Co-op are also just a two-minute walk away for added convenience.



Getting Around:

Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 30 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or 15 minute tram journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.



Other Things to Note:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
