“Room was good, bit cold maybe but nothing major. Staff were very kind. Nice lobby and bar area. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. Gym could be improver upon with weights and machines.”

“Despite the room being dated, the property is gorgeous. Rooms are large; my room included a fan, electric heater and breakfast to go. They have a gluten free breakfast option, which was perfect. We were even able to get it for a 4am checkout. ”

“The main issue was the bathroom, it was not cleaned properly. Found as many as 10 hairs in bathtub. The shower won’t sometimes turn off. The water system is one of the worst ones I’ve seen. I can either have really cold or really hot water when you want to rinse your face. You can’t choose. But the room it self was ok. Would have preferred much better pillows, but otherwise ok”

“It's the cheapest hotel in manchester, I got exactly what I paid for and I'm happy with it as I was rarely there. And when my mates and I came in wobbling from all the alcohol they still greeted us with genuine smiles, asked how we were and gave us great service. This is a perfect hotel to just sleep in and leave your belongings while you're outside.”

“Great place to stay with good facilities. Happy to recommend this for anyone needing a smart, clean place. Has all cooking facilities but we didnt cook. Nice touch to have teabags and coffee sachets but very frustrating not to have any milk sachets. Meant i had to go hunting for a shop for milk. Pillo- do consider adding little lastic pots or sachets like you get in McDonalds. Would save tired travellers a little stress. Other than thta, all positive.”

“Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience ”
