Chalet Grillon – Heated Shared Pool, Périgord Noir

At Collines d'Eyvigues, we are committed to making holidays enjoyable and accessible for everyone. Aware of the challenges faced by people with disabilities, we have designed this single-storey house to be fully accessible and certified with the "Tourisme & Handicap" label (for physical, visual, auditory, and cognitive disabilities).



A holiday home for all:

- Private parking on the same level with direct, step-free access via an adapted path

- Covered terrace for shade or shelter in uncertain weather

- Doors, countertops, bathroom, and toilet dimensions adapted for wheelchair use

- Access ramp for easy movement, even on flat ground

- Visual contrast, lighting, and signage suitable for visually impaired guests



Accessible bathroom:

- Walk-in shower

- Non-slip shower seat

- Support bars



Everything is designed for autonomy and comfort.



Interior features:

- Fully equipped living area with open kitchen and adapted countertops

- Covered terrace with outdoor furniture



Sleeping arrangements – 2 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190 cm)

- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190 cm)

- Duvets and pillows provided



Heated shared pool: open from Easter to All Saints’ holidays, heated to 28°C.



Baby equipment available to rent: cot, high chair, baby bath, children’s tableware.



Additional services:

- Bed linen and towel rental available for an extra charge

- End-of-stay cleaning service available on request
