“The shower was the size of a shoe box. The staff was not friendly. We knew there were no Frills but there was not even a pot of coffee available in the room or in the office. Was not worth the money and felt we were overcharged for what we received.”

The staff were professional and personable and made sure that you were happy with your stay. Would definitely return to this inn.”

“Best budget accommodation we have experienced in the region. Very comfortable with pleasing grounds, and an excellent location, just minutes outside of Great Barrington. Very clean, with a good shower and comfy bed. Limited amenities but signage indicated guests here have access to the offerings at the main inn nearby. Self-check-in worked fine, and in the morning we discovered the common room with good coffee, relaxing views of the garden and woods out the back, and an in-progress puzzle. ...

“The keyless app check in didnt work on my brand new phone (screen to take photo of government ID was black, no photo could be taken, whether that was an app issue or a setting on my phone Im not sure?) but I was able to text the link to my husband and his older model phone worked to secure the room ID and key code. Such a great staff, very clean room, and dinner was fantastic. Thanks for the free continental breakfast and house made granola to take home as well. ”

“This is a quiet, no frills place. It’s hard to find a reasonably priced motel in the Berkshires in-season and this is it. Fancy it is not. Stylish, also no. But it was clean and the mattresses were comfortable.”
