CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

- The tenant shall occupy the property with due care and diligence for the duration of the rental.
- The tenant shall return the key to the property on the day of departure at the agreed-upon time.

GUARANTEES AND MAINTENANCE OF RENTED PROPERTY.

As a security deposit to cover any damage that may be caused to the premises, the furnishings, or the items within the property, the tenant agrees to pay the sum of 150 euros on the day of arrival. The security deposit is held in trust and not cashed: it will be returned to you by mail within 2 weeks following the end of your stay.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. The tenant may request the cleaning service option at any time for 70 euros (seventy euros).
