The property features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area. There’s a partially covered terrace and another open-air terrace, both ideal for relaxing or dining outside. The kitchen is fully equipped, and both the living room and bedroom have air conditioning and heating for your comfort year-round. You’ll also have Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine.



Outside, you’ll find a private pool to unwind and enjoy the weather, landscaped gardens, and a private barbecue—perfect for outdoor dinners.



A cot and high chair can be provided, making the villa suitable for families with babies. One pet is allowed. Please note that access includes several stairs and a section without a handrail at the entrance, so we recommend supervising children at all times.
