THE ACCOMMODATION

This villa offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people. It is distributed as follows:

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds; one of them is open plan with a small living room, whose sofa bed can accommodate 2 more guests.

Kitchen: fully equipped for cooking with all amenities.

Outdoor spaces: two terraces, each approximately 30 m². The lower terrace is covered and the upper terrace is open air. Both offer stunning panoramic views.

Recreational area exclusively for owners and guests.

Two communal swimming pools.

Tennis court and indoor soccer field with natural grass.

Sports area with exercise machines in a natural setting.

During the summer season, there is a kiosk selling drinks and food.

Access to the communal pool from 9:00 AM to 10 PM.

🐶 We are pet friendly with pets up to 15 kilos, excluding dangerous breeds.

Please respect the quiet hours from 11 PM to 10 AM.

👩🏼‍🦽 Consult with the Comeback team about possible limitations for wheelchairs or people with reduced mobility. The upper terrace requires constant supervision for the safety of children.

Public transportation has limitations.
