The UHC NOVELTY APARTMENTS are the ideal choice for families seeking quality accommodation just a few steps from the beach. Located along Passeig Jaume I, only 50 metres from Llevant Beach, they offer beautiful front-facing sea views from the terrace. The complex, with its peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere, features a spacious communal area with swimming pools and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. In addition, the property offers free communal Wi-Fi. We have several apartments within this complex, making it ideal for families travelling together.



The S104-103 UHC NOVELTY APARTMENT is a bright and comfortable accommodation, designed for a couple or a small family to enjoy all modern conveniences during their stay in Salou. It is laid out as follows:



- Living-dining room with a sofa bed for the children.

- Well-equipped open-plan kitchen.

- Spacious furnished terrace with front sea views.

- Double bedroom with a double bed.

- Bathroom with a shower.



In the surrounding area, you will find a wide range of tourist services, shops, supermarkets, bus and taxi stops, as well as numerous beach bars, cafés and restaurants where you can enjoy tapas, rice dishes, fish and fresh seafood from the region.



GOOD TO KNOW

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families or one couple.

- Outdoor seasonal swimming pool (15/06–15/09).

- Air conditioning is available only in the living room.

- Parking available in a nearby building on the same street, 150 m away. With a supplement and subject to request and availability.

- Free communal Wi-Fi.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online check-in at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing guest details as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Beautiful Apartment

Although i have given 5 stars and i would stay here again, there were a few things that niggled slightly. On arrival you get a small parcel with a dishcloth and sponge, a travel size washing up liquid, 2 tablets for the washing machine. How they think you can wash 7 days of dirty dishes with the amount given is ridiculous. Obviously had to buy a large one from the supermarket and then because you literally have to clear out everything on leaving the propery, this had to be thrown away! Only 1 loo roll so again, bought some and had to throw 2 away. The same with salt and pepper. Such a waste. We understand we have to buy them, thats not the issue, its the fact you couldnt leave them for them to be made use of. Couldnt you supply sachets of salt and pepper at least? They also dont supply a tea towel. Called to say we didnt have one and was told they dont supply them. Why? These little things are annoying. On arrival there were 4 coat hangers for 2 adults for a 7 night stay. Called the office and was told i could walk to the office to pick some up. The office is a 15 minute walk away and we had been walking around all day from 11am waiting to pick the keys up at 4pm. Arrived at the property about 4.30pm and they wanted me to walk back to the office to fetch hangers that should already have been there so that would have been another 30minute round trip. However, the next day a man came with 10 new hangers. The aprt is beautiful and would return, it just needs more thought.

15 jours à Salou en famille

L'emplacement est idéal pour ne pas solliciter la voiture que l'on doit garer loin car aux abords tout est payant. L'appartement est tres propre, la clim fonctionne bien, indispensable avec la chaleur quil faisait. Tout le confort est là, nous n'avons manquer de rien.
