Located next to Paseo Jaume I, just 50 metres from Llevant Beach, they offer beautiful sea views from the terrace. The complex, with a family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere, has a large communal area with swimming pools and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Additionally, the complex has free communal Wi-Fi connection. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families or a couple.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool (15/06-15/09).

- Air conditioning available only in the lounge.

- Possibility of parking in a nearby building on the same street at 150 m. Only suitable for small-sized vehicles; large cars do not fit. With supplement and upon request.

- Free community WIFI.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
