Cross the pedestrian street and you'll be on the golden sand of Llevant beach, with a blue flag and shallow waters ideal for children and water activities such as paddle-surfing.



Just a few steps from the door you will find an incredible variety of restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops, with no need to use the car! You can leave it in the building's car park during your entire stay.



The apartment, practical and functional, has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with single beds and is equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the living room. - Group bookings not accepted. Families only.

- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability. Suitable only for standard cars; large vehicles will not fit. Book it in advance as there is usually no parking on neighbouring streets.

- Pets not allowed.

- WIFI included during your stay.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
