DISTRIBUTION

With a maximum capacity of 5 people, it is distributed as follows:

- Dining room with open kitchen. There is a sofa bed (click-clack type)

- Master bedroom with double bed.

- Second bedroom with bunk beds. The bunk beds are child-sized and not suitable for adults.

- Bathroom with shower.

- Corner terrace with a view of the swimming pool.



TO HIGHLIGHT

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Optional WIFI for only €5/day. Add it at the end of your booking.

- Seasonal communal outdoor swimming pool. From 15/06 to 15/09 (dates may vary).

- The building has security cameras in common areas.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a €300 security deposit. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
