  • Vackra 3.200 kvadratmeter hem i avenyerna har nyligen renoverats och har uppdaterat kök, badrum och luftkonditionering. Moderna bekvämligheter möter en historisk känsla. Det bästa läget mellan universitetet och centrum gör det lätt att ta sig runt Salt Lake-dalen. Hemmet är gångavstånd till Smiths (mataffär) och lokala restauranger. Du är en kort övernattning från nattliv i centrum, konferenscentret, University of Utah, Lindsay Gardens och Liberty Park, kollektivtrafik tar också upp 20 meter från ytterdörren. Detta är ett friluftsparadisparadis bara några kvarter från vandrings- och mountainbikespår som Crest, Bonneville Shoreline och Bobsled-spår. This was great for our family Christmas! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and the giant dining room table was great for dining and games. The bedrooms were well appointed and we had plenty of bedding and towels. Dave was extremely responsive with any questions we had. He was even open to us putting up a live Christmas tree.

We booked this home for family and friends attending my daughter’s wedding. It is in an ideal location, has plenty of space, and was comfortable for everyone. Communication was great with the owner. I would definitely stay again.

Top Notch

I highly recommend this house if you are in the area. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable, house is well stocked and beautiful. Backyard was a delight, we sat out by the fire every night visiting. Perfect location!! We just loved our stay.

A beautiful home enhanced the visit

We had visitors from out of town stay here instead of staying at a hotel and this made their visit so much more enjoyable! Most had never been to Utah so to stay in a lovely historical home elevated their experience. The hosts were easily accessible and accommodating. The home was beautiful and had everything they needed to enjoy their stay. So much room that one of the guests led a yoga session for everyone each morning!

Great place to stay on short notice!

Our daughter was admitted to Primary Children's hospital, and we needed a place to stay. This home was close, but it was also really nice! It's beautiful, clean, well stocked, and with a really great location. We would definitely stay here again (though hopefully in different circumstances).

Would definitely return!

We had a great week staying at the Blue House! It has lovely historic charm with modern updates throughout. Having downstairs bedrooms and full bath was a huge plus! Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, just not enough cereal/soup bowls for a crowd. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great house and location for a big group

We had three families traveling from different parts of the country to meet in SLC and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of common open areas and the fire pit area out back was nice too. The house is a good blend of old charm with modern renovations. Would definitely recommend.

Big house for an extended family

The host, who lives next door, was very responsive and accommodating. Very big bedrooms, kitchen, and dining room, so it was easy to have twelve people sharing the house, while feeling as though there was plenty of space. This was our second time staying in the house, we highly recommend it!

We found the property to be just as it was represented in the listing. It was a great location. Dave was a great host, replying almost instantly to a slight issue we had getting into the place, turned out it was user error. Best stocked kitchen we have had in ages. High quality everything in kitchen as far pots, pans, collunders, knives and silverware, even nice storage containers for lest overs. We had eight of us there in town for a wedding. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms really worked out great. Don’t hesitate to rent this place.
