Charming Liberty Park Retreat, Close to Downtown

Charming, cute, cozy & private Liberty Park cottage. Just a few minute walk puts you in the historic park which includes a lake & museum, aviary, & is perfect for an afternoon stroll. Minutes to shops, bars & a wide variety of the most delicious eateries in Utah. 7 minute drive to downtown, 12 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to world-class skiing & only 35 minutes to Park City. Thoughtfully furnished w/ the traveler in mind. Casper memory foam, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, washer/dryer & coffee/tea.

The entire house and yard is yours including driveway parking. Plenty of shade in the backyard to enjoy a refreshing drink in the summer, and we're located in the cute and quiet Liberty Wells neighborhood making it easy to sleep and get work done. As our description says, super comfortable Casper memory foam mattress in the bedroom, and also a memory foam sofa sleeper with no crease in the living room. Relax and unwind inside our cute gem of a home.

The Liberty Wells neighborhood is a historic and laid back area of Salt Lake City. We're located on a quiet residential street, but the neighborhood houses numerous popular brunch spots and many global restaurant choices. In Liberty Wells you'll also find local shops and artists that represent part of a fast growing culture in Utah. The Liberty Park Chase Museum of Folk Arts also features the works of local artists, and the Tracy Aviary is home to exotic and native bird species. Overall, a convenient and fun neighborhood with a cute and homey feel.

Less than a mile from the nearest TRAX light rail station and bus stop. Also, Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful across the valley making them a quick and convenient choice.

No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.

Great place!

This house was perfect for our Salt Lake City visit. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to restaurants and the canyons. The listing accurately describes the house which is quaint and cozy. The additional office/studio is a plus for anyone needing a workspace. Drew communicates clearly and promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect SLC getaway!

My daughter and I stayed in this cute little house for a week while we visited friends and family in Salt Lake City and Park City. The house is in a great location. Walking distance to Liberty Park and to coffee shops and restaurants. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Only 15 minutes from the airport!The beds are comfortable and everything in the house worked well. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer because we were skiing, hiking, running, or snowshoeing every day. Communication and checking in and out were smooth and easy. Thank you, Drew!

Perfect Location in SLC

Great Downtown SLC stay

We had been planning this trip for some time. After living in the neighborhood roughly 10 years ago we knew there was plenty to love about it but this rental really set us in the right place to take full advantage of it. Just a few blocks from Liberty park, Park Cafe, 900 south, and easily accessible to 215 made this place just ideal. The house is small but suited our needs just fine. We'll definitely stay here again given the opportunity
