Shared space includes: driveway so please be conscious of other guests and do not block others in. The back yard/patio are for the basement guests.

The basement is a separate unit that will usually have guests staying as well. They have their own private entrance and will have no access to your unit on the main floor. If you would like to book an additional 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom in the separate apartment, please message us to check the availability (the entire home can sleep 11 comfortably).

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with gorgeous mountain views! This home is minutes from Fashion Place Mall, multiple hospitals (IHC, TOSH, St. Mark's) and countless restaurants. There is also quick freeway access to both downtown Salt Lake City and the canyons featuring Utah's greatest ski resorts! There is a large driveway with plenty of safe, off street parking. For those traveling without a car, a TRAX stop is relatively close as well.
