The space
This bright and cheery 1BR view apartment is sure to put a smile on your day. Modern comfortable furnishings with a hint of artisan flair make for a perfect retreat to relax and unwind on those cold winter days in front of your warm fireplace.

This one-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a newer complex. Upon entering one will note the high end modern detailing. The kitchen is finished with subway tiled backsplash, LED cabinet lighting and a convenient dining island with two bar stools. All counter surfaces are custom granite. The fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances comes fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and silverware. Pots, pans, bakeware, kitchen utensils; as well as, a toaster, blender, coffee maker, and teapot will make meal preparation a breeze. A conveniently located work deskis well-lit and located adjacent to the kitchen.

A Full-sized washer and dryer are in-unit. Complimentary 1G high-speed internet is provided.

The Living Room features a comfy pull-out queen sofa, side chair, and electric fireplace. Above the fireplace hangs a 65" ROKU SMART TV.

The Bedroom features our replication of Westin Hotel's award-winning "Heavenly Bed"! Snuggle in layers of fine linens and luxurious down & goose feather bedding for an incredibly restful night's sleep. A 55 " ROKU SMART TV is wall mounted and sits above a large upholstered bench.

The Bedroom also connects to the Main Bathroom through a very large walk-through closet with built-in shelving. A luggage rack, full dresser, iron and board, yoga mat, and vacuum are located in this spacious closet.

In addition, the Bathroom opens up to the Front Entry for easy access by all. A tub/ shower combo features an extra deep soaking tub as well as a multi-jet fixed and handheld shower fixture. The granite vanity has plenty of space for toiletries, plus pull-out drawers for more storage. Extra towels, bathroom tissue, and a hair dryer are also provided.

Vehicles without visible pass (including reserved sacrs) are subject to immediate tow at vehicle owner's expense .
