-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

All bedrooms are located upstairs alongside two full bathrooms, including one with a tub. A convenient half-bath is situated on the main floor.

There are some restaurants, fast food places and a movie theater walking distance to the rental. It is a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Salt Lake City. You can easily get an Uber or Lyft as well.

House Rules:
1. No loud music or parties; quiet hours start at 10 PM.
2. Pets are not allowed
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house and neighborhood
3. Guests cannot use the gym or clubhouse, these are for owners only.
4. We check for any damage to the condo or missing items.
5. Check-In/Out: must be approved and cannot be guaranteed
6. Must be 21 or older to book

Please note that due to recent townhomes built in the neighborhood, some of the mountain views are obstructed.
