Apartment complex is in a great location. It’s close to public transportation and shopping as well as a lot of great dining options. A few odd issues that the host was made aware of, but overall a great stay.

I was a nice stay. It's cheaper than a hotel but you get the benefit of a full kitchen. The bed, kitchen, and living room are essentially one large open room.

Great location

Apartment is a bit run down but it was very clean and had a great bed! We could walk everywhere or hop on TRAX. Felt safe and had a great weekend. I would stay here again.

Nice pool and hot tub common area

Very basic but worked out well. Parking was in the parking lot outside the front door. The common area with the swimming pool and hot tub was nice.

Excellent Accommodations

Really close to public transportation, great food, and groceries. Property was clean, had great amenities, and the property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating! Definitely will stay here next time I’m in town

Perfect stay in downtown SLC

My spouse and I were looking for a place to stay while visiting family and we came upon this listing. I was born and raised in the SLC valley and I really liked the location of this rental. It‘s on a cross section of two main hubs, but tucked away from the busy streets. It’s also across the street from the Trax line which can take you across the city or even to the south end of The Valley if you need. There are also a plethora of stores and restaurants on the same intersection. So if you don’t want to go far for a meal, you’re in luck. I loved Rodizio Grill. The space itself was extremely comfortable, and spacious for two. We also comfortably hosted two family members for an evening, which was nice. As a side-sleeper, the bed was very comfortable. It had that "hotel bed" feeling. The check-in and check-out was also very straightforward and simple, and the host was also very quick to answer any questions we had. Wonderful experience. Would 100% stay here again!

Super nice place

Everything was as described, the place was centrally located, walking distance to several restaurants, a park etc. I was pleased to find everything I needed, the bed was comfy, everything worked and space was very clean, also the neighbors were pretty quiet. Doing laundry was cool cause I was able to work out while I did laundry right next door. I highly recommend this little gem.

Great location

This place was awesome! We attended a concert while we were in SLC. It was very close to the tram track and you could ride it all the way to the stadium. It is out of the free zone so you do have to pay cost was $2.50 for a day pass. The apt has exta stuff in kitchen to cook with and has wine glasses. If the wind is blowing it does gust through the fire place but wasnt horrible. Bed was actually comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Definitely would recommened.
