Apartment was great, good location and very clean, building hallways are not the most clean, but everything else was very clean. Gym and facilities are fine, my only suggestion is to get a new mattress as the one now is pretty bad. Overall an okay stay!

Nice and quiet

Just stayed a few days and it was what I needed and very clean - only complaint: maybe one Kleenex box and hand soap in kitchen! That’s it!! Thank you 😊

(2/5)We stayed from June 1–10 and unfortunately had several issues throughout our stay that impacted our experience.Upon arrival, there was significant dog hair throughout the property, including on the couch, rugs, blankets, bathtub, and floors. We do not have a dog, so this was not from us. I spent a considerable amount of time cleaning and washing items on the first day. There was no toilet paper provided, no body wash available, and only three forks in the kitchen. There was also no toilet bowl brush and no dish scrub brush or cleaning tools for washing dishes. The floors did not appear to have been properly cleaned. After showering and walking through the house, our feet would become visibly dirty. The keypad entry system was not functioning during our stay, requiring us to rely on the backup key instead. We also had to leave two days early because of a medical issue. While I understand hosts have cancellation policies, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility or consideration given the circumstances, especially after the concerns we experienced with the property. One positive is that the location was convenient and the property had potential. However, the cleanliness issues, missing supplies, non-functioning keypad, and lack of resolution left us feeling that the property did not match the experience we expected based on the listing.I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

When booking a property, I was looking more for a hotel or motel near the Sandy area. Only to find out we were minutes by car. But this property came up multiple times during my search. And since my house was also decorated with gray & mustard yellow accents. It felt like home, from a long day of business meetings. My husband wanted to stay for a week. My husband was very pleased and impressed. Price, flexibility, privacy and comfort like a home, seamed the better option. I was just shocked not to see any reviews when I was viewing this property. I give it a 10 Definitely worth it. From arrival to departure. All around great experience

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Parc West. It was a nice apartment, easy to get in and out of. Really had no complaints other than I couldn't find the gym. I went one morning at around 5 am searching for it and after about 20 minutes I gave up. I wasn't available during business hours so I couldn't go ask anyone in the office for help. But I was able to run on the nearby Jordan River Trail. Had I stayed longer I would've driven out to a trailhead for it. It's about a mile run one way to get there so I got a good solid three miles in on the trail to get in my five miles. I had to skip my hill repeats though because there are no hills nearby and I didn't know the area well enough to go to some random neighborhood to get em in. It's cool though, plenty of running routes near the apartment so no worries. Thanks for being great hosts.
