    This beautiful property (it is a double unit), is located above a basement, (which is also a vacation rental property) completely separate. The upstairs area, which is the property you are viewing, has a private backyard, with a fence around it, separating the houses from the neighbors.

    Perfect place for any stay. Quiet location. Great open field across the street for dog walking and park for children's .
    You will be close to everything and you will have the entire house to enjoy. Relax and go back in time with the Arcade, disconnect and have fun. It's just a 15-minute drive from Salt Lake Airport, UTAH FIRST CREDIT UNION AMPHIEATRE events, and just a 15-minute drive from downtown Salt Lake City. Maverick Center, shopping ( smiths, Walmart, rancho market, Home Depot, starbucks , kfc, Burger King, Popeyes) mall and movie theater are just minutes away. There are also over 5 ski resorts within a 45 minute drive and many great hiking trails even closer, and if you are not one to be so much with nature, you will also be close to swimming pools and ice rinks, (Utah Olympic Oval.) This beautiful house is fully furnished with everything and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

    The private car is the best way to get around. Uber/Lyft are also a convenient option.

    The property is in a great location for easy access to I-215, I-15 and Bangerter Hwy.

We have found our home away from home!! This house is super cute and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. Gladys is the best hostess I’ve ever had! We had a situation with the fence and she went above and beyond to have it taken care of immediately.

Very clean! Nice neighborhood with school playground across the street. Pet friendly. Fenced backyard. Comfy beds & amenities. Easy delivery if you order out. Close to Valley Fair mall and other shopping. Owner was super nice & great communication.

Property description not accurate

I’ve had to take a couple days to calm down before writing this. I will start by saying Gladys did try to solve the issues but our trip was not as expected. The biggest issue was the description of the property. It was not stated anywhere that this is a shared property. I'm not sure if the basement is another Vrbo property or a monthly rental, either way I would never have booked this location had I known as we travel with our two small dogs. I always look for pet friendly and non shared houses. Property description actually states "you will have the entire house to enjoy". We did not have the entire house as there was someone in the basement on our 2nd night. You can hear everything that is being said downstairs through the floor and the air vents. My dogs would not stop barking every time downstairs made a noise or talked. We don't let them bark but they are very protective and this is why I always look for a non shared property so they do not disturb other people. The people downstairs finally went out for the evening and then returned around 10pm making lots of noise, talking loud, laughing, banging doors. It woke us all up, including my daughter who had a very important competition Saturday morning. I finally had to message the host at 10:30pm explaining what was going on and that I was not happy. After an hour of back and fourth communication she was finally able to get a hold of them and they stopped at 11:30pm. I would wright more but I'm out of available characters.
