A king sized bed and a comfortable queen sized sofa sleeper make this a great option for parties up to four people. The curtains were missing from the living room. Since those windows are on a busy street, sleeping on the sofa bed was hard—too much light and noise. They need to have the bedroom floors cleaned. Best part was being so close to the arena and have no a parking garage.

This place was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for walking to an event downtown and it was nice to have parking in the garage. The only minor complaint was that there can be a bit of noise and light from the street. A sound machine was an easy fix and there were shades in the bedroom. It was bright for one of us sleeping in the living room as it looked like the curtain rod had been damaged so no curtains and the roll down shades didn't do much to block the light. Overall nice spot!

The location for our needs was perfect. And the fact we were able to bring our pups with us was everything. Very nice cozy little apartment. Perfect for my wife and I and our two little dogs. The only thing that wasn’t great was the area for the dogs to use the bathroom. But it worked and there was a nice dog park on it a few blocks south on 300. So it’s definitely not worth losing a star over. The communications with the manager was very efficient and helpful.

The apt dead modern, roomy, well appointed, and was a nice place to return to after the days of sightseeing For Mr, thee best feature was the location — close to everything, literally!Also, communication with the host was excellent. Upon checkout, tho, the Vrbo app would not fully load, which caused me some anxiety as I checked out to bc let the host know. That was the only hiccup!

The location is perfect if you're attending an event at the Delta Center. It was clean for the most part, but the carpet in the bedroom is filthy. The amenities were good. Obtaining the key and all the scanning for security inside the building was a hassle imho, and for that reason, I would not stay again. I also did not appreciate the continued messaging from the host. All check in, check out and rules should be stated at time of booking or in the listing.

Perfect location for us as we were staying here for conference. We also walked to temple square and city creek. Host was helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again. Clean, well stocked kitchen and just the amount of room we needed.

Great Place to Stay in Salt Lake City

We stayed in this very cozy apartment for a week! It was extremely accurate to the listing. It’s very close to downtown SCL. The project manager was very responsive when we had an issue and even offered to personally come and fix it for us, which is amazing! Highly recommended stay here!! We will definitely book again the future!

Great spot

The apartment was well stocked and close to downtown. The grocery shopping and restaurants are limited in the immediate area, but lots of others a little further out. One thing to know is that the apartment's windows face a relatively active street - so if street noise is hard for you, remember to bring ear plugs. Also, the bathtub is a deep step out. If you have a bum knee, this could be difficult. A great stay overall.

Great Unit for Long-Term Stay

This unit was perfect for a long-term medical stay. So very well equipped and very clean. Communication with owner very good and he was very responsive and accommodating. Nice newer complex that is very secure including dedicated parking space in secure garage. Owner has supplied way more than even a hotel supplies such as laundry detergent, panty staples, coffee (both ground and pods), etc. Very well priced. Only wish was the unit was supplied with some sort of cart for transporting luggage or groceries as the garage space for this unit is on a different floor and down a long hallway.

Perfect place to recuperate after a crazy week!

I needed a sanctuary to recuperate at after being an event planner for a conference at the Salt Palace. This was the perfect spot. Comfy and clean! Everything you need in the kitchen!

Apt on the edge of downtown

Very cute apt , comfortable king bed. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Ample lighting for reading. Natural light during the day with blackout curtains for night time. Close to the I 15. Small market within walking distance and burger place across the street. 20 minute drive to the university of Utah. Had an issue when I misplaced the fob. I contacted management and they responded promptly and so understanding. I did find it. I was able to watch the snow fall right outside the picture window. I would stay here again.
