Nyrenoverad, vacker 1 sovrum centrum lägenhet med ett badrum, tvättstuga och ett fullt utrustat kök. Denna vackra lägenhet ligger bara 20 minuter på Trax från SLC flygplats. Lätt promenad till Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center, City Creek Mall och Vivint Arena.

Beläget i en mycket mysig, lugn, stor centrum plats!
Dessa lägenheter rymmer upp till 4 personer bekvämt i en dubbelsäng och mycket bekväm bäddsoffa med madrassunderlägg.

Vi erbjuder ett fullt utrustat kök med alla grytor, stekpannor och alla köksredskap som du skulle behöva för att göra en bra måltid! Det finns en kaffebryggare, mixer och mikrovågsugn i köket.

I vardagsrummet finns en 55 tums smart HD-TV med Netflix, DVD / Blue Ray-spelare och misc-filmer. Trådlöst internet är inkluderat.

Badrummet är utrustat med hårtork, schampo, balsam, tvål och rena handdukar. Du hittar också tvättmedel och torktumlare om du behöver tvätta dig!

Gästerna har tillgång till hela lägenheten. Det finns en säker parkeringsplats och en kort promenad till kollektivtrafik (Trax och busslinje). Temple Square och City Creek Mall ligger inom gångavstånd 2 kvarter bort. Dessa lägenheter ligger mycket nära I-15 med enkel åtkomst till skidorter på mindre än 40 minuter (som Park City eller Cottonwood Canyon).

Det finns en lockbox på grinden, så du kan checka in när det passar dig!

Incheckning är efter 15:00 och utcheckning är före 11:00 för att städarna ska förbereda sig för nästa gäst. Men om du behöver checka in tidigare eller kolla in senare, vänligen kontakta mig så kanske vi kan träna!

Vi gillar verkligen detta område! Det är i ett fantastiskt, charmigt Salt Lake City-område. Mitt i utkanten av centrum känns det lugnt och fridfullt samtidigt som det är nära stadens stora energi.

Det finns en instruktionsbok med en lista över våra favoritrestauranger kolla in restaurangguiden det finns riktigt fantastisk mat i närheten!
Det är bara en fem minuters promenad till centrala Salt Lake City och bara ett kvarter från BLUE & GREEN Trax-linjen - närmaste stopp är Temple Square Station.
Green Trax-linjen tar cirka 20 minuter och är mycket lätt att manövrera. Det är $ 2. 50 för en envägs, direkt resa från flygplatsen till lägenheten.

Eftersom du är i en lägenhet och andra hyresgäster är känsliga för lukten av rök i eller i närheten av byggnaden. Var god respekt och röka bort från byggnaderna. Det finns en maverick bredvid med bänkar!

Very convenient and walkable area. How was very clean and comfortable. Though there was no reason to really interact with the host other than the notifications about check-in, door code, communication seemed excellent.

We loved this condo for our vacation. It was cozy and had a lot of character. Its proximity to downtown, the airport, and having a protected private parking space made everything so easy for us. We appreciated quick responses when we had questions. It was the perfect spot for heading to all parts of SLC and beyond. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Extended Stay

We were in town for a tournament, and loved the full kitchen and washer and dryer. We were able to eat health and cheaply along with wash out any stains on the athletes uniform. Perfect accommodations.

Location for our time there.

This is a small cute older condo. Its a quick walk to Salt Palance and Temple Square. It was just two of us so we made things work OK but there is no where to unpack clothes so you have to live out of your suitcases. The pull out sofa bed is not useable. I believe the Murphy bed could have been used. Bedroom bed was comfortable. A lot of street and night noise as windows are old and I suppose that comes with being down town. Manager was quick to respond to questions and very friendly.

The location is excellent in terms of getting to and from Temple Square and the State Capitol. We walked everywhere! The condo itself is lovely. The kitchen is cute, functional, and well equipped. The living is spacious and would do well with an armchair. The three of us had to all sit on the couch to relax in the evening. The bedroom is a bit small, but manageable, and the back door of the condo opens into the bedroom, which is unusual. The bathroom has an odd layout, but is clean and worked well for us. I would caution people when getting in and out of the shower, as the shower floor can be slippery and the entrance into the shower stall is narrow. I would recommend this place to a couple or a small family.

Amazing location, thoughtful hosts

The best part about this place is the amazing location. We had an event at the Salt Palace and we were able to walk to it every day and come back to take a rest when we needed to. We also walked to many of the downtown attractions. It was a wonderful stay in that aspect. The host had things well stocked in the kitchen. Probably the best of any VRBO I’ve stayed in. The bathroom is definitely a little funky, but it worked. Check-in was easy and everything made sense for getting to the room easily. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels and everything for our family.

Clean and safe with books and board games. The bathroom is quirky, but cute and functional. Full sized bed, sleeper couch, and murphy bed. Washer and dryer and plenty of bedding and blankets. Very responsive property manager. Would stay again.
