We have addressed the ants for sure. We are sorry the Pak 'n Play communication occurred. We don't advertise them being in the home, but some homes do provide them and in an attempt to avoid situations like what you experienced, we avoid saying they are there. So, that is something we will improve on. We are sorry you objected so much to our courteous welcome card's message and offering of a gift card.
