âRoom size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you â
âWas our second time staying here. This time we booked the sea-view room. The room was very clean and well kept. The receptionist was lovely, shown us to our rooms. Very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back the next time we visit!â

âHave to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely.
I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted,

âWe had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. âReally nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and thereâs a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didnât know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again.â
