“The Dean Galway was the highlight of my trip and one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time.
The standout feature was undoubtedly the pool and wellness area. I happened to visit during one of the warmest weeks of July and made full use of the pool, sauna, and cold plunge several times a day. Not only were these facilities practical and refreshing, but the entire area was beautifully designed and felt like a genuine luxury retreat.

“Although it was clean the bed was uncomfortable and the shower was poor. You can also hear everything in this accommodation, which makes it hard to sleep. I understand Galway is expensive, but this accommodation should not be as expensive as it is.”
“Mind-blowing, fairytale experience. We felt like we were back in time. Barry, the owner, greeted us and toured the castle with us (via) livestream upon arrival. This was a trip of a lifetime. Thank you so much Barry! Note: We would not recommend this castle for anyone who has physical challenges because winding steps are narrow at different points. Otherwise, it was phenomenal!!!”
