This quaint & rustic home in Saluda has a fantastic outdoor space! The spacious back deck overlooks the lake and is equipped with plenty of seating. It's a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. There's even a 13-acre aviary preserve right across the water. Inside, every bedroom and the living room each have great water views. The dining table seats six, allowing your entire group to enjoy meals together. The primary bedroom, located on one side of the house, features a recently renovated ensuite bathroom. On the opposite side, through the kitchen, you'll find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the laundry room.

Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request.

We are very close to the water, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

Please note that you may only park in the driveway or in the designated marked lot across the street from the house. Please DO NOT park in the grass. There is a septic field that will get damaged.

Candles are not permitted in this property.

Please note that the boat ramp is for small boats only. There is cement at the end of the ramp.Guests must use their discretion when putting boats in at property.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
