This vacation apartment offers a complete, comfortable, and functional stay, perfect for those seeking practicality without giving up on modern conveniences.

The living room features air conditioning and a 50" Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen includes a water purifier, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, air fryer, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and stainless steel moka pot. It also comes with a baking dish, assorted kitchen utensils, pasta strainer, sieve, coffee filter funnel, wine opener, and can opener.

The balcony provides a pleasant outdoor space, equipped with an electric grill, beer fridge, and a table with chairs. The laundry area includes a bucket, clothesline with clothespins, broom, squeegee, and dustpan.

The master suite features air conditioning, a 44" Smart TV, blackout curtains, a compact ironing board, and an iron. Its bathroom offers a gas-heated shower, hair dryer, toilet brush, towel racks for bath and hand towels, and a mirror. The second bedroom also has air conditioning, a 44" Smart TV, blackout curtains, and a wall-mounted clothes rack. The guest bathroom is equipped with a gas-heated shower, toilet brush, towel rack, and mirror.

In the condominium, enjoy an incredible leisure area, including a refreshing common use pool to escape the heat, a gym to keep your exercise routine up to date, and a sports court for family or friends' fun moments. Additionally, the condominium features a beautiful garden with a water mirror, providing a tranquil and relaxing environment.

The condominium offers a restaurant located within the premises, providing a variety of dining options for your convenience. However, it is important to note that the restaurant's operating hours may vary, and therefore, we cannot guarantee its opening every day. There is also an automatic mini-market available for use and a barbecue area, subject to availability and prior reservation.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for maintenance but may also be closed by the condominium administration on other days of the week for maintenance purposes.
