***A deposit of R$2,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table. The rooms are composed as follows:

Suite 2 (ground floor): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, wardrobe, and smart TV with cable channels;

Suite 3 (upper floor): 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, wardrobe, smart TV with cable channels, and balcony;

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, wardrobe, smart TV with cable channels, and balcony;

Suite 5 (upper floor): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, wardrobe, smart TV with cable channels, and balcony.

Note: We have 2 bicycles available for use.

The condominium features two swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, plenty of green space (an Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is also available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with its many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of this location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to suit a variety of tastes, as it strikes a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
