Pets are allowed on request with a small surcharge.

The luxury villa is of new construction, inspired by q typical rural architecture, with vaults
that provide freshness and the local stone that radiates harmony. In
addition to the typical vineyard and the Mediterranean vegetation, there
is a well-kept garden with various spaces dedicated to relaxation, pleasure and well-being. The villa, completely fenced, also offers internal parking space.
 
The turquoise swimming pool (5x8 meters) is an oasis of tranquility with an equipped solarium
that allows you to sunbath and relax on sun loungers and deck chairs
under the parasols. Special lighting from below ensures that you can
spend the evenings by the pool, accompanied by the sweet song of the
crickets and prepare excellent grills using the barbecue. In addition, for outdoor dining, there is a nice shaded porch, from which you can admire a beautiful panoramic view.

Villa
Eneide is built with top quality materials and soft colors. It’s
created with very welcoming area’s with fresh vaults, according to the
standards of the typical Salento building. The large windows lead to the
spacious, furnished living room with dining room and comfortable sofas with TV and satellite dish. Beyond an arch there is the spacious, super-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an electric oven and a microwave. In the living room there is a bathroom with shower.
 
The sleeping area, accessible via a hallway, consists of 4 double bedrooms. Two of these rooms have a private bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
 
The surrounding area of Villa Eneide
Villa Eneide his located on hills that go from the Salve countryside to the beautiful beaches of Pescoluse.
The golden sands and crystal clear sea, also known as the Maldives of
Salento, are less than 3 kilometers from the villa. Highly recommended
to visit in Capo di Leuca, is Santa Maria di Leuca just less than
14 kilometers away, with its lighthouse, the shrine of Santa Maria de
Finibus Terrae, the promenade with the characteristic Liberty villas and
the suggestive caves on the sea. Next to Leuca is San Gregorio, a small seaside village from where you can enjoy exceptional sunsets.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for onlt small pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Ninth bed is suitable only for a child till 10 years old.
