THE HOUSE
Casa Preula is located on the ground floor, covering an area of about 75 square meters, and offers spacious areas ideal for accommodating up to 5 people. The interiors consist of:
- A bright living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (ideal for one adult or two children, available upon request) and a dining table;
- A small kitchen, well-equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils for cooking;
- Two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds;
- A full bathroom with a shower cubicle.
Outside, Casa Preula features a convenient covered veranda, equipped with a table, umbrella, and a small barbecue area—the perfect spot to dine outdoors and enjoy the cool evening air.
Additionally, the property includes a small area with a sink, washing machine, and cleaning tools, adding practicality and comfort to your stay.
Finally, Casa Preula offers a practical outdoor shower (cold water) to refresh yourself after a day at the beach, as well as a private parking spot, very useful for those arriving by car, ensuring maximum comfort even on the busiest days.
